🎉 Thank you for celebrating HKU Alumni Day 2026 with us! 🎉

Your enthusiastic participation brought great energy to the HKUEAA activities and made the day a truly joyful and meaningful gathering for our engineering alumni community.

HKU Alumni Day 2026 was a truly heart‑warming celebration for the HKU Engineering Alumni Association, bringing together alumni across generations for a day filled with reconnection, discovery, and shared pride in our engineering roots.

The day began with a cheerful group photo that captured not only smiling faces, but also the enduring bond among HKU engineers.

This was followed by a lively lunch gathering, where alumni enjoyed relaxed conversations, rekindled friendships, and fondly revisited memories from their days on campus.

Throughout the day, the HKUEAA booth buzzed with energy as alumni and students dropped by to reconnect, learn more about the Association, and discover upcoming initiatives. The booth became a welcoming meeting point for familiar reunions, new introductions, and meaningful exchanges that strengthened our alumni community.

In the afternoon, members embarked on an inspiring InnoWing Exploration through Tam Wing Innovation Wing One, gaining firsthand insights into HKU’s vibrant innovation ecosystem and the creativity of current engineering students.

This experience was further enriched by a visit to the “Haking Made” exhibition, where alumni deepened their understanding of the story and legacy of Dr Haking Wong, and the enduring engineering spirit that continues to shape HKU’s impact on society.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to the HKU Development & Alumni Affairs Office (DAAO), the Faculty of Engineering, the Engineers Society, and all volunteers for their invaluable support and dedication in making the day such a success.

Thank you to all alumni who joined us and made HKU Alumni Day 2026 a memorable and joyful occasion. We look forward to many more opportunities to celebrate, connect, and grow together as the HKU engineering alumni community.
